HypTrader is a trading platform brand created and managed by Propriotec. The Platform provides a web-based trading interface that allows users to execute simulated forex trades. The platform is provided for educational and evaluation purposes as part of prop trading firm challenges.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Trading Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange carries a high level of risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should carefully consider your trading objectives and risk tolerance before using this platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Propriotec and the HypTrader brand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
